Ice blasting is done with Co2 dry ice, which is an ecological and non-damaging alternative. Sandblasting, for example, can scratch sensitive surfaces, but ice blasting can be applied to almost any material and, at best, without stopping production.

We do laser marking and laser welding. Laser marking is done with equipment produced by Cajo Technologies, which is capable of making patterns and markings on metals, plastics, glass and ceramics. Extremely precise marking allows, for example, QR codes and barcodes to be created. There is no limit to the quantity of laser marking that can be delivered and the service is suitable not only for businesses but also for private customers.

Laser welding is a repair technique that can even carry out microscopic repairs, such as filling small scratches. The welding machine we use can also be transported to the site, so repairs are not tied to a specific location.

A modern measurement service is ideal for industrial and production optimisation and inspections. Laser or ball scanning of parts or larger assemblies provides extremely accurate dimensions and digital imaging, which can be used either as a substitute for drawings or in a part machine tool.

Measurement services can be carried out at the customer's premises or you can bring small pieces to our premises to be measured and scanned.
